DESCRIPTION:This year’s Alresford Festival of Toy Trains will be on Saturday 18th June 10.30 am - 4.30 pm (early Entry 9 am) at its usual venue of Perins School\, Pound Hill\, Alresford S024 9BS \n10.30am –4.30pm - Early Entry  9am (£10.00) \n \nAs usual on the Saturday there will be 20 + layouts including:\n• Hornby O with ACE and Darstead by Howard Star-Keddle and others from the HRCA Mortimer Group\n• Gauge Clockwork and a Tri-ang 00 Display layout by Andrew Smart and his School’s Model Railway Club\n• Bowman Group with Live steam\n• Gauge 1 by Graham Bilbe\n• Tinplate Treasures including Monorails by Bryan Pentland\n• Faller Hit Train by Andy Hyelman\n• Tri-ang 00 and Minic Motorway by Les Martin and friends\n• Tri-ang TT by Eric Large\n• Trix by David Holmes\n• American O Gauge by Adam Heeley\n• Trix by Clive Gardner\n• Minitrix N Gauge by Peter Egleton\n• Hornby Dublo 3-Rail by David Upton\n• Hornby Dublo and Wrenn 2-Rail large layout by the Chiltern Vintage Group\n• Tomy by Track Party\n• Kitmaster Society - running Airfix RTR including Dr X and Wild West\n• Marklin and LGB outside by Richard Pretious\n• Hornby 00 Digital on 1970s pre-formed layout by John Frankham\n• Lego by Peter Corish and members of the Brickish Society\n• Hornby 00 by Four Marks Scouts\n• Lone Star and Brio for Children to play with. \nThere will also be over 80 sales tables have been booked\, As usual there will be Real Ale and BBQ and other refreshments and hopefully some live music. There is also a Vintage bus from the station to the show which also goes to Old Alresford Fete \nA full timetable will be running on the Mid-Hants Railway so why not take the train to the show. \nOn the Sunday Bob is organising a treat for Tri-ang fans as lots of collectors are coming to display their collections - see seperate entry
