Thanks to the success of the photo competition this year we are running it again to generate a 2018 Virtual Calendar as well as Photos of the Month and Year.

Well we are now inviting entries for the 2018 Calendar photo competition from all members.

Photos can be of any subject related to Toy Trains.

Please if possible e-mail entries (to keep the judges sane please no more than six per person) to tony.stanford@traincollectors.co.uk

If you have an entry you are unable to e-mail you may post prints to:

TCS 2018 Photo Competition, PO Box PO Box 290, Winsford CW7 9GS.

All entries must be received by 19^th December 2017.

Please include your full name in the e-mail or with any posted prints.

The TCS is unable to return any entries.

Entries will be judged by the TCS committee, whose decision will be final.

Please note entries will only be considered from members of the society as at 19^th December 2017.

Twelve photos will be chosen by the committee and one will appear each month as ‘Photo of the Month’ on the TCS website. A downloadable calendar page will also be provided. The first will appear in January 2018.

In addition, one of the twelve will be selected as the overall “Photo of the Year”. Whoever submits the “Photo of the Year” will be rewarded by a year’s free membership of the TCS.

All photos that appear on the website will of course be acknowledged to the successful photographer.

And finally do not forget we like a Christmas-themed photo for December.
